Consistency is better than nothing. It will pay off in the long run. Even in the short term it promotes good hormones in your brain.

It promotes serotonin levels and dopamine levels. Also redices cortisol. Basic stuff feel good chemicals. I sleep well after going for a run maybe it works like that for other exercises
