Should I hop back on Mt1?

This winter I took Mt1 for about a month before I was going to go on vacation but I stopped early because I noticed slightly darker moles. I showed my dermatologist them and she said none of them were concerning. Is it worth to hop back on 4 months later before summer?

Why not mt2

Potential side effects. I understand mt2 works better but I was okay with the longer wait.
