No,500mg is the sweet dose for roi and side effects,it has the same amount of sides as 300mg. Just let your body get used to test. Run a cycle for a year then do pct so you don't lose your gains,you can cruise on 150mg for half a year or a year or a few years if you want

yeah,but you'll have to cruise for a while. Of course you'll some some of your gains but it will be less than if you didn't cruise while still keeping going to the gym
