Should I hop on AI to get taller

Basically I’m hopping on cjc-1295 and Ipamorelin to increase my hgh and igf 1 levels and aswell exemestane to keep my growth plates open for as long as possible having last minutes doubts if I should do it do I really need to grow taller ?
