Don't listen to people telling you not to hop on at 16.
I hopped on when I had just turned 17. No sides and good development.

It all depends on how far into your puberty you are. Inhibiting DHT at like 12 can stunt stuff like your penis growth but many people are already developed by their mid to late teens so its unlikely to be an issue.
The only thing I wished is that I hopped on even earlier
