Correct me if I'm wrong but they aren't that good
RU works but no safety trials + tons of anecdotes of heart issues
Fluoridil is very safe but expensive and quite weak

I'm willing to believe that the RU anecdotes are just from internet hypochondriacs, but using that same logic we could say finasteride is confirmed safe by studies, and the anecdotes of PFS are false.
