Title is pretty self Explaining, stuck at 72kg but cant maintain a Deficit, bone age is at 17.5yo at only 5`7 so getting lean is my only choice. What can i Expect on Reta?

Naw but even if i only want a 300 cal deficit, i could only eat 1800 cal. Thats nothing (Hungry bastard)
 
If you can't stop comfort eating, might aswell just hop on reta

Try nicotine to suppress ur diet thats what I did
