if anyone’s educated lmk if it’s a good idea to hop on and what type of test i should hop on

if your trying to hop on test for height there's no point. It will probably even make your final height shorter considering most people can't control estrogen correctly when on test.

no because epiphyseal plates they solidify making further increases in height biologically impossible once fused no amount of testosterone, supplements or training can increase height. unless if a severe testosterone deficiency exists and growth plates are still open hormone therapy help with your height

@DjNazi yeah that's the main reason to be cautious if ur still growing. if plates are closed, then it's just bone structure limits. test can help with muscle mass and other stuff but won't extend ur femurs. pretty much only relevant for deficiency cases or people with genuinely stunted growth.
