I’m considering running 125 mg/week of Testosterone Enanthate for about a year because my current testosterone levels are mediocre. I don’t plan to go any higher — I want to maximize my chances of recovering natural testosterone production afterward.

If anyone here could tell me if that’s generally safe and what I can expect from it, I’d appreciate it.

125mg/ week is like 500ng/dl at most, ud be better off maximizing ur natural production at this point

Should I just lean down a bit and hop on 200 mg/week? I’m currently at about 18-19% body fat.
Well, i’ll probably spend the next month or so researching about it and then deciding..
 
low doses still shut down your natty production, you most likely won't benifit from it and will have to recover from it afterwards (might never full recover since hormonal system not fully developped and stable yet)

depends how you look like. Roiding is probably a bad idea tbh. how tall are you ? how muscular ? how heavy ? how strong ? you said you were 18-19bf are sure ? is it measured or estimated ? Are you already training regularly ? hard ? progressing or stagnating ? how are you eating ? sleeping ?

200mg is too much anyway, pros use this dose to maintain a huge amount of muscle, no reason for u to be using 200

No you either take the commitment to do it long term (inject test for life) or dont waste ur time. Retard influencers have glamorised trt meanwhile they on 300mg plus a bunch of primo and anavar. Its the new fake natty.
