My testosterone at 23 is 450, I’ve been lifting for years but made zero progress in terms of muscle mass. I have a high body fat percentage and zero muscle. I’ve made strength gains in the gym so I’m sure it’s not my training. Im fat as fuck so it’s not my diet either. Should I hop on TRT?
