should i hope on tretinoin after finishing panoxyl?

these are my before and after being on panoxyl 10%

i get alot of break outs, a month i look clean, another month pimples comes out of nowhere.

should i start tretinoin 0.05% 2-3x/week?

Looking good, tretinoin is top tier when it comes to skin health, it's only equal being sunscreen, if your skin is not used to such compounds, start with 0.025% and built up to daily use then up the % whenever you feel like it, if your skin is already used to such things, start off, like you yourself suggested, with 2-3x/week, gradually up it so to where you use it daily, keep using it forever as tretinoin is fantastic for anti aging, if you have something like Treclinac (mix of antibiotics and tretinoin) then it's best to ditch it for regular tret since antibiotics aren't ideal for long term use. Also start low dose isotretinoin.
