Should I inject aqualyx while on accutane?

It’s as simple as the title. I’ve read and done some research online and many derms and surgeons recommend to wait 6 months after accutane treatment to use aqualyx but say it’s fine to have kybella done which is fkn weird considering both kybella and aqualyx rely on deoxycholic acid to melt fat. Well, almost. Aqualyx uses derivatives of it whereas kybella is just synthetic deoxycholic acid.
What would u do????
