Should I inject HGH at 15 because of Heightism? (im 5"8)

I'm already on Retatrutide rn, and I want to grow taller. My plan to find out if my growth plates are closed is to act as if my hand hurts, so I can get an X-ray of my wrist and see if my Plates are closed. But anyway, I'm pretty sure my growth plates aren't closed, but if I did inject HGH, I couldn't monitor it medically because I can't just ask my parents for a cancer screening out of nowhere. I could potentially do one screening since my parents want me to stay healthy, and I could ask for one, but as I said, I couldn't ask multiple times because it would raise suspicion. So the cancer screening is like a one-time joker, and I don't know if I should use it before I start my cycle or after. I would also take advice on how to fake cancer symptoms to get another screening. Also, I don't know how I should dose the HGH; I mostly use 30G 1mL syringes with 100 units on them.
