I mean implants OR fat grafting would work but it depends on the person.

If someone has good bone structure but has lost soft tissue, fat grafting often looks the most natural because it restores what has diminished

If someone has a super recessed infraorbital rim, adding only fat can sometimes make the area look puffy without creating the underlying support. An implant can look more harmonious because it restores the structural projection.

In my opinion, it looks like fat grafting could be better but idk

my dark undereyes are also sadly permanent (the skin itself is dark year round because as a kid they abused corticosteroids around my eyes against eczema)
but i’m working on that with some creams, retinals and will be getting azelaic acid and tret

i look into the mirror every day with pure hatred towards myself and the way i look

yeah dude i look good and i'm a 21yrold KHHV because of my personality, not looks (6'3, making 10k a month, living by myself since 18, fully self-made)

but yes, i do have severe body dysmorphia, i have aspergers and pretty sure several other mental illnesses
