Well I’m only hmtn max so it’s fairly realistic with fat loss fixing acne scarring/acne shrinking nose better coloring and a dozens of other minor things that added up

yeah but tbh i feel like my physical insecurities are going to ruin my current relationship and any future ones i may have. i mean its only a matter of time until i get my needles found or a vial of test or wtv.

in this case my gf is also insecure about herself but still not to the extent i am. like before i last saw her she begged me to let her take a picture of me (she has no pics of me) and i kept refusing and she got really upset since we cant see each other for almost the entire summer. feel like its best to just end things with her and forget relationships as i dont want to hurt people that care more about me than i care about myself
