Should I just eat two big meals a day instead of three to help with leanmaxxing?

over for you guys plus just bulk i get made fun of check my insta comments lmfao if u leanmaxx to my degree u will become unnatractive just run steroids and bulk so u can get muscular ur probably just skinny fat and need to bulk

Intermittent fasting(18-6) is the easiest way to leanmaxx if you supplement with sodium/potassium/magnesium stack, most of all your carbs right after training to give anabolic stimulus(glycogen synthesis decreases by 50% just at 2nd hour after) the rest before. Eating a big breakfast is terrible for managing hunger, the later you eat the better. If you feel hungry just take a teaspoon of salt
 
More eating instances but smaller meals at a time is always better. Keeps metabolism going
 
I eat a small breakfast and early dinner/late lunch around 3
