Should I just fix philtrum or my nose as well?

My philtrum got big from putting a clothespin on it to stretch nasolabial folds or probably from filler migrated in that area.idk.
But I will fix it somehow
Should I do rhinoplasty as well? My nose seems so fucking small

Your philtrum is really tall, which makes your mf ratio and chin philtrum bad. Your chin and lips are not bad so if you could get it fixed together with darker brows and lashes you would ascend, maybe your jaw is narrow but cant really tell from this pic.

To fix undereyes and nasolabial folds you don't need any absurdly invasive procedures like a bimax so you are chill lmao. Do your softmaxxes and just leave your house, you are completely fine imo. Hope you are not really autistic

A lot of people keep asking the same question and given the answer countless times @badg96 is a classic example. If you got the answer you should book that shit with a surgeon immediately, confirm that is what you need and get the operation done asap.
