So I been eating clean with a high protein diet and gym 3x a week for the past month BUT im losing body fat slow affffff.

Since girls like skinny twinks like diddybop, should I just starve myself to get rid of my bloat and invisible lower abs??

Idc about muscle loss cos theres barely any shit there to begin with and I dont think i need it for boxing which is the only gym shit i rlly care abt

if you are losing body fat slowly you are doing it right. if you want to listen to retards with Klinefelters that say starve yourself go ahead and nuke your metabolism you will end up on a sub 1.8k kcal femboy diet

Also op the answer is yes. You can cope with a less than 200 calorie deficit like some user here suggested or you can opt for a 2k calorie deficit that will literally be ten times quicker. Not rocket science.

It literally is an addiction because the idea of food is great and it feels ok when eating it. I never feel good afterwards though.

But how come some of the starvemaxxed users on here still look skinny fat at like 55kg? Surely a high protein diet mogs, right?

As long as you’re in a calorie deficit it doesn’t matter. Depends on genetics tbh I don’t lose muscle even if I stop eating.

Such a purely temporary pleasure cannot be good.
