Guys my life is in shambles, at least that's what it seems like to me. And of course I should preface by saying I dont actually have the guts to rope, so I will just end up ldaring, but anyway here's the deal:
Basically I've got a narrow palate which affects my airway and my nose stays blocked all the time. I even got a rhinoseptoplasty at 16 yrs old and the surgeon did not do the rhino according to me because my parents plotted with him and told him not to change my nose aesthetics too much, and to only really fix my septum deviation. I will have to get a revision rhino. Also, I have a somewhat recessed maxilla and mandible both (naturally), and overall I have a sleep apnea of 17.3 (it is moderate not crazy I know but read the whole thing first). My mouth doesn't have enough space for my tongue, and it cant physically stay on the roof of my mouth when I clench or fully close my mouth. So I always have to forcefully keep this unnatural and uncomfortable jaw position by jutting it forward so I can breathe. Anyway, even things like eating are so tiring to me. And my sleep is super fucked, I haven't properly slept in so damn long. I wake up tired, go to university tired, come back like I got raped by a razor cock demon, and cant do anything but rot.
Anyway so upon a ton of research I finally decided I will pursue bimax and sarpe. my age is 18 years old by the way, and I am very much dependent on my parents still.
anyway SARPE and bimah would reincarnate me both aesthetically and functionally.
Anyway here is the deal. No doctor that I have talked to is recommending these procedures. My mom has insurance by the govt which covers me and I can effectively get bimah and SARPE for free, but both my parents and doctors keep throwing platitudes at me, "try breathing exercises, this and that". I went to a pulmonologist who prescribed me cpap, which is so unbearable to me. My fucking jew Benjamin netanhyu's wet dream nose hurts so much when I use cpap, and the seal keeps breaking and air leaks. Also it stings my face so bad when I use it, I end up removing it. it also makes me feel so claustrophobic (I feel uneasy in closed spaces like elevators and the mask emulates this feeling).
In my sleep study, I was given cpap half way through, and they had to use 12 pressure for me to finally have a lower ahi of 2.9.
Basically all in all, I know the solution to my problem, but just can't reach it.
Currently, I am so exhausted and tired all the time that I've got no energy at all do do anything. I cant study, cant gym, cant do shit. Going to and coming back from class with my 1.5 hour one way commute just feels like getting my flesh rended.
I am so done with this shit, I cannot bear to continue living anymore, I dont know what to do..
I also hate university. I am a computer science engineering student and my professors and my peers are all so obnoxious. And as I said im falling behind as I cant function properly. My brain feels like mush all the time and im just ugh..
Many of you must have been in similar situations right, what do you recommend I do? Please guys I need advice..
