Should I just go for implants if I’m class 1 with only minor Jaw Asymmetry

I’m class 1 already and from frontal view Asymmetry is definitely noticeable ,my lips / Mouth is asymmetric on close inspection but not major so most maxfacs would reject me

In this case should I avoid Jaw Surgery And just go for custom implants?
