yeah u could alternate between 0.05 and 0.1 it’s safer

I dont recommend jumping to 0.1 out of nowhere if you havent used retinoids before

Taz is a very very strong retinoid

Strongest in cream form

Me personally i started 0.05 taz every other day for 31 days
And then started every day

After 3-6 month im going to jump to 0.1 if im not satisfied

Trust me take it slow and let your skin adapt to retinoids , no need to rush anything
