Need an outside opinion because I genuinely can't tell if I'm hypogonadal or just autistic.
Testosterone results:
9.56 nmol/L
10.9 nmol/L
12.8 nmol/L
8.44 nmol/L
Barely a hormone profile, more like a fucking K/D ratio.
Free testosterone:
--
--
0.167 nmol/L
0.104 nmol/L
SHBG: 60 nmol/L
Apparently every molecule of testosterone my body produces gets immediately arrested by SHBG and sentenced to life without parole.
Doctor:
"Your total testosterone is technically in range."
My brother in Christ my free testosterone is operating on a humanitarian aid basis.
I have now spent approximately 700 hours researching TRT.
I've read forums.
I've read studies.
I've watched so many hormone videos that YouTube thinks I'm an endocrinologist.
Meanwhile my actual endocrine system appears to be a Make-A-Wish foundation.
Every day I wake up and go through the same cycle:
8am:
"I can recover naturally."
11am:
"Maybe enclomiphene."
2pm:
"Maybe HCG."
5pm:
"TRT."
9pm:
"TRT + primo."
11pm:
"I should probably get more blood work."
At this point I know more about ester half-lives than I know about my own family.
The funniest part is that I still haven't hopped on.
I have somehow become the world's leading expert in testosterone replacement therapy without actually replacing any testosterone.
Should I just fucking do it already?
Or should I spend another year optimising sleep quality, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, boron, sunlight exposure, circadian rhythm, hydration, gut health, stress management and the Earth's magnetic field while my free T remains critically endangered?
