you would genuinely benefit from otoplasty (very minimally invasive and super cheap procedure) which will pin your ears back.
canthopexy/plasty would be great too (preferably canthopexy, its cheaper, less invasive and theres no need for a plasty imo)
definitely look into fat grafting for the eyebags.
the last hardmaxx i could think of would be a rhino. your nose looks okay from the side but i still think you could pursue.

softmaxxes i could recommend would be proper grooming (facial hair, eyebrows).
you already have think brows so thats great, you can try minoxidil for eyelashes.
try to get lean and hit the gym and just be healthy (health indicators underrated fr)

Custom jaw implant cheek bone implant jaw ridge implant not to sound rude but like an implant for like everything if your still in puberty maybe you can take androgens and DHT for facial bone development? Tbh you look decent now

Same bro I’m 15 aswell 1st I need to start with I’m just stating facts I don’t recommend it can be done 2 ways naturally which I recommend way less variables and hard max for soft max just sleep a lot weight lift get your protein vitamins etc in for hard max 1st HGH which is more for recovery it won’t help much with Facial bone growth unless you have acromegaly 2nd test with an ai recommend or else you can stunt growth and be done growing i don’t know all about it their is a guide on here called ultimate puberty maxxing guide go through that and that should help you more

Forgot one thing the puberty max guide might not have use ru58841 and oral or tropical monxidl because DHT will make you bald and also blood work will help control estrogen also use accutane to prevent breaking out also if you need any other help use grok it can help with knowladge of gear and peptides and can help you make a cycle if you are going to

Just keep it on hand high DHT increases oil production which acutane decreases but it is liver toxic and it’s not that hard to get it prescribed so either just buy it incase or just get it prescribed when needed
 
any website to get it, I’ve been denied it many times
