Alright, I'm gonna start off by saying that your eye area is by far the best feature you have. Secondly, your front is better than your side. Frontal harmony and appeal are high however some ratios like nose to lip width, philthrum to chin and lower third being bigger are off. Moving on to your side, it unfortunately hinders your front, reason being : lack of forward growth, flat maxilla, short ramus and eyes that aren't deep set.

Yes the first thing i noticed was the eyes drooping, im op it would go cnatho-> rhino -> lips widening should cost less if you do it domestic but rhino can be cheaper in like turkey cause they are constalty doing them

No need for canthoplasty since eye area is good enough already. Get bimax and otoplasty or even better hide ears with hair like I do. Rhinoplasty would be helpful to add some cartilage to increase distance between the eye and nose bridge but not necessarily needed. Overall I'd say bimax would be highest ROI

Ofc np. I'd say a bit of both but leaning towards your mouth being smaller. Other fix would be bimax. Hydrocortisone for nose? Isn't cope if your nose size is caused by inflammation

my nose got that rice grain typa ance bro, KILLING ME. honeslty feel thats a major reason for my nose looking larger , eventhough the base is still quite wide
