Should I just skip dinner everyday.

I want to lose weight and this is the easiest way for me and I dont mind being low energy during the evening, but it lowkey sounds like something a foid would do.
 
dont think bout foids
it woud be good to have a big breakfast and then go for a long walk every day, like 8-10km or more. at first, you can also have a small snack in the evening, but no goy slop

Hell no. Inconsistent eating leads to more relapsing and self sabotage.
DO THIS:
1. estimate your daily caloric expenditure (roughly 2000 kcal + any extra activity)
2. set your daily caloric intake to around 300+ kcal below the expenditure (remember that 1 kg of fat = 7700 kcal so estimate your weight loss rate with that)
3. Divide this amount into 3 meals (doesnt have to be exact)
4. Eat these meals about 4 hours apart from each other for optimal routine (routine = less discipline needed) + eat your last meal 4 hours before bedtime for optimal sleep.
