I eat a variety of foods, I incorporate a variety cooked meats (lamb, beef, chicken), traces of raw organs/ muscle meat, seafood, shrimp, salads, some cooked veggies, nuts, milk, juice, also I have a shitty snacking addiction (but it's not every day and once I stop I get better) . Recently my dad told us to avoid chicken and only switch to red meat for our food would that be optimal by completely cutting out white meat? Most major dietary change I did was switch from eating/snacking late into the night and ordering fastfood to bulk, also went on a cut and then eventually cut out all bread from my diet until I reintroduced it in small amounts. Now if ANYONE here knows about nutrition and diet please tell me what you think, yesterday would be the last day I ate chicken since the switch.
