Should I just watch Revision Videos by themselves?

I really cannot be bothered to write down notes whoch I am going to forgot by tomorrow, maybe by watching only I can focus more on facts rather than just jotting them down, thoughts?

I am also 5’3 in Year 11 1 month left till I permanentely leave Secondary School, So I am a diagnosed Incel.
