no coconut oil is better (ofc use a bag/wrap to cover ur head) + the longer apple vinegar stays on ur hair the harder you have to get that shit smell off

personally I wash it with water
you could leave it and let your hair dry in it
but dont sleep with wet hair tho

apply water to hair? i just use apple vinegar for hair masks that i use for 30mins-1hour

coconut oil i apply it before i sleep, use a wraparound and shower next morning

It s good if you use it a little bit , if you apply it for hours it can erode you hair because it s very acidic imo

i put it in my nizoral shampoo at like 3% concentration and just let the shampoo sit in my hair for a few minutes but i dont know if this is optimal

Nizoral sucks the life out of my hair
