I was doing those for a while.. do they actually do anything? I'd think doing bench and other compounds would make my neck grow wider... it has to be fair (it used to be even skinnier lol) but not the width I want. Obviously I'd want a nice thick wide neck b/c it is aesthetically pleasing.

I should just of said *longer* than what I have rn. Of course I could grow more but I think it becomes too much after what you see here.
