Omg no they just say I can remove them if I want they not growing
I mean they are but I don’t see them

keep them, there are cases to where if you were to remove them you become recessed an it makes your lower third look worse.

Just get it removed if they don't grow optimally, mine started to annoy when i was 20 and i got them removed at that age
