Wisdom Teeth

My wisdom teeth aren't impacted, but the dentist said I only have 3. Would this contribute to an asymmetry if I keep them? I also heard that sometimes wisdom teeth overcrowding can cause bone loss, which is another concern.

Nah only in some specific cases it could affect symmetry like if one is pushing the molars. I don't know much about teeth overcrowding causing bone loss but I remember reading something along those lines as well, like from inflammation if it's erupted (or again if they press against the molar)
