idk but I just started training themBulk. Also, why ur abs so small
what makes you think I’ve been on a cycle lol. And I just started training abs so hopefully they can grow a bitI can tell you have been on a cycle, haven't you?
But if I were you, I'd maybe lose a tiny bit more fat , then go on a bulk for 8 months. Then after you can cut back down and you will be in a spot where you look lean (but not shredded), muscular, and athletic but not too gym ratted.
Also train your abs my guy. You should have a stronger core.
Southern hemisphere brahdirty bulk its winter
I can tell by your skin on your upper arms and back and the way your muscles lookwhat makes you think I’ve been on a cycle lol. And I just started training abs so hopefully they can grow a bit

Idk bro usually my roids meter don't lie. But whatever I'll never truly know . Just bulk for another year and you'll be at the spot you should be atNah that’s just acne scars lol. I’ve never done a cycle and if I did I would want a refund on the gear
What weight do you think I should bulk toIdk bro usually my roids meter don't lie. But whatever I'll never truly know . Just bulk for another year and you'll be at the spot you should be at
Well considering you have never bulked, you still have alot of begginer gains to make. Id say just put on 10 more lbs of lean muscle, which you could do if you bulked for 6-8 months probably, so you will gain a bit more than that if you out on fat, which often happens in bulks. I wouldn't worry much about the weight, but if you bulked for a year and did it right (didn't bulk too hard, ate healthy did it relatively slowly) and added let's say 15 lbs, you could then slowly cut back and maybe even build a bit more muscle in your cut, and you could have an extra 10 lbs of muscle on you. Hell if you bulked super hard you could gain 30 lbs over the next year and would definitely put on atleast 15 lbs of muscle but then you would have to cut longer. So just worry about a year of bulking, even if it's not a full on bulk, and gain that last bit of muscle you could useWhat weight do you think I should bulk to

Sorry I made a typo. I meant to say you will gain a bit more if you don't mind gaining a little bit of fat. Then you can cut that after and be where you need to be. Remember when you cut your muscles get flat and you don't look like your final form until after the cut when you maintain for two weeks or so.good luckcheers
