Should I keep pursuing this girl? Romantic Relationship Advice

I’ve found interest in this girl for almost my late freshman year to now sophomore summer. Earlier in the week I just said “fuck it” and sent the message, I wasn’t nervous to send it more so iffy to pursue if she did say yes. I have a very strange tendency to ask out a girl and never follow through with it then weeks to months later I want to hangout and there not available or there already taken. This process is insanity, and it constantly happens and I cannot find the root cause. In the screenshot you can see she thought I was copy and pasting (a common glitch) and I feel as though that might of threw off the vibe but at this point I’m starting to believe there was no vibe considering she completely ignored my broad question. Should I follow up with a message saying “so what do you think” or just leave it as is?
