Should I larp irl as 6'0 as a 181cm male

Basically I'm like almost exactly 181 cm without shoes and my hair length actually reaches above 6'0. With shoes I am also above 6'0. Would it be fine to larp irl and on dating apps as 6'0 due to the difference being quite small, or should I invest in lifts and/or limb lengthening surgery, and if so, which ones should I get
