Should I larp sleep apnea to get a free marpe?

Do I need a marpe? I live in germany where you can get your Marpe for free under the Right Circumstances. I have a dentist appointment next week and thought of lying about having breathing issues so that he can send me to an orthodontist where I could lie my ass off to get a free MARPE.

tell him in middle of nights i get my nose till throat part so dried out u have difficulty breathing
and say your tongue feels like its getting swallowed down ur throat when u lie on ur back
