Should I leanmax @ 18y/o?

I‘m probably at around 18% bf and already relatively skinny. I do have a very bloated face tho and think that I‘m the perfect candidate for leanmax, also I‘m pretty much in control over how much and what I eat, so I wouldn‘t struggle very much with this.

But I‘m scared that I will lose some of my growth potential since I‘m only 5‘11.

Thoughts?

to stunt growth you must be severely malnurished
Leanmax while training for T gains
high protein diet
reduce salt intake
sleep well
sunbathe
dont stress too much

alright, thanks! Yeah, already thought I was exaggerating the problem in my head, was just a little worried

leanmax asap, dont be retarded and starve urself though, basic deficit add weight training get into boxing and you will be on your way to ending up with a good body after.

basically what I do now, except swimming/jogging for cardio instead of boxing

yep swimming is great. I like boxing more for confidence reasons, knowing you could knock out your average guy, and its probably the ultimate form of cardio. You already have good habits, just gotta grow them more good luck!

that's how you fuck up your metabolism

eat higher quality food, and your hunger will decrease on its own and you'll become leaner

good tip if true. so you‘re thinking of just eating low-calorie filling foods like meat or veggies and maybe some rice?

i wouldn't focus on calories at all tbh

3 catastrophic mistakes normies make that chad never makes:

1. not eating when you're hungry
2. eating when you're not hungry
3. eating foods you're told to eat instead of foods you crave
