Should I leanmax at 16?

Im a 16 years old 185cm/6'1. I have good eye area but my face, especially cheeks have some fat which makes me look bad. I would probably become a htn if I lost some fat but the question is should I go on a caloric deficit at 16 or just wait until Im done growing? Can it affect my height or bone growth? I know less bodyfat also lowers estrogen. If I dont become htn or cl soon i wont be able to get a foid in my teenage years and that makes it harder to just be firstmax. Im an incel right now. Please help this is my first post.
