Should I leave my job?
So Iam 16.5,working a double shift summer job (for the same company) for embarrassingly low pay. (Around 600$ or less a month give it or take, idk how its even legal to pay someone this low but I guess students probably have different job rights,am I right?)Anyways my job is based on renting deckchairs and parasols at the beach bar. This is not the only thing that I have to do at the job,I have to carry drinks to the people on the beach as well which was not mentioned in job description (but I don’t mind this part since I get quite nice tips).Anyways my main boss, always yells at me for slightest mistakes that I make, for example if a tourist breaks a parasol and he leaves he will come yelling at me that he is going to lower my pay, also on my second shift I have to pick up and carry EVERY single deckchair, parasol, table and even weights supporting the parasol (which probably weight around 15kg each). And if I somehow forget to pick up ONEEEE simple thing he would yell at me for 5+ minutes telling me how he is going to lower my pay (which is embarrassingly low anyways),well yesterday I came at 9:30am and stayed until 9:30pm (without a break between shifts so that I can finish my second shift earlier).I was COMPLETELY and 100% sure that I have picked up everything, and today I came in earlier to great my main boss since he was on a holiday for few days, when I said hi he started furiously yelling at me how I left 4 deckchairs at the end of the beach and he was making such a big scene about it,I bet that if he wasn’t sitting and that if I was closer to him that he would have slapped me because how fucking mad he was,he was throwing random numbers telling me how those 4 deckchairs are worth 300$ and how he would take that of my pay if I make even a slightest mistake, since I was 100% sure that I haven’t left those there I was trying to tell him that I bet that someone else has taken them when I left my shift but he didn’t listen he just continued yelling. Also because Iam very emotional I had to force myself not to cry in front of him. What should I do?
