Should I Listen to The Dentist?

Obviously I know they know much more about this than I do, but I’m not trying to fuck myself over and it be too late to fix properly so bear with me. I came back to the dentist after not coming for a while, apparently it’s bad and I’ve got hella cavities (they said 10 cavities some worse some just barely popping up on the X-ray) they said they wanted to fix (I extensively clean my teeth every morning before work yet it still happened so it is what it is I guess).

Anyway, I’ve heard the tooth fillings are genuinely bad for your overall health and they’re wanting me to spend a couple hours getting a ton of them filled and all that plus start using some pure Fluoride toothpaste, wtf do I do?
