Every nigger in my class with long biceps arms mogs me hard and because in the beginning i only focused on curling i curl more then i hammer curl and then i think dyel so i just tell them i never worked out a day in my life and its all genetic:feelswah: Have been getting more scientific and now my arms seem to actually grow so who knows

biceps r low volume muscles dont exceed 8 sets per week i do 6 though

i do upper every other day i didnt even know they were low volume does brachialisis count as bicep if so i do like 16-14 sets a week but they have been growing more recently so idk
