Im 5,10, 145lbs

Growth plates are still open

Wrist size 6.3 inches

Max bench 155lb

Max curl 45lbs

Max squat 135lbs for 8

Max deadlift 185lbs for 10

Max pull ups 9 close grip 6 normal

I would stay in a calorie surplus considering that you are most likely still growing so that you can get the most out of it. So just eat good and healthy and once you know that youre done growing you can cut down

Wouldn’t say you need to do some crazy bulk but definitely be in a calorie surplus to maximize the growth you have left
 
Alright, my main worry is that I will get to miss out on jb pussy
you wont get fat and ugly because of a slight calorie surplus so dont worry about it, I doubt that you would even eat as much as you would need to even if you are trying to considering your age and seemingly active lifestyle
