You’re not going to get acromegaly from therapeutic use for a few months… facial structure will change, but not a drastic amount. Impacts on height are debatable. I think it’s mostly cope after you’ve initially hit puberty and had your growthspurt, but you might be able to squeeze out like an inch / inch and a half.

Best bet is high dose androgens and DHT derivatives combined with GH
