Should I make a guide on how to cure ADHD naturally or has someone already done it?

Like I said back when it was severe for me I was too lazy and too burnt out to wake up early and couldn’t even keep my room clean so my looks suffered because I never worked out either and I was stressed out from the 1000 thoughts in my mind 24/7 which made me bloated constantly

Ik ofc you can’t fully cure it since it’s a mental condition but what I meant was treat it to stop the constant thoughts and all the negative effects of adhd but keep the good effects of it and learn to control it (ex. hyperfocusing)

alr ill make it I need to do a lot more research and give more time to basically do expirements on myself to see which methods actually work then ascend for people to take me seriously

I think ive had it but i gotten over it with pure willpower+training

A belt was the original cure for this. All these diagnosis didn't happen until recent years because parents didn't whip unruly kids like they should have.
