Yea, I have some doubts about eyelash color being changed much though (except in gingers and albinos). Arms, legs and chest hair seem to usually be darker too (again, except in gingers and albinos bcuz of the way their body produces pheomelanins).

Depends on how you want to "improve" it and the ways you would do so. Sun exposure can tan your skin and lighten your hair, if you live in the States or in a country with all four seasons, you can notice people with blonde hair usually appear to have even lighter and shinier hair in the summer. And, possibly, might even lighten your eyes a bit if you already have light eyes (idk if this is confirmed though, but there are some videos on it).

Artificially, you could dye your hair and/or use contacts, but both those things are kinda lame.

they are quite lame but I need to try them tbh, I will also try everything I can to get great skin complexion and overall good colouring

Good luck on improving, get out in the sun if you want to tan or darken but probably good to take some sunscreen with you, or I guess avoid sun if you don't want to darken JFL. Also could light your hair from black to dark brown if you got black hair, depends on ur genes and how much sun u take.

I think lighter skin with brighter undertones would benefit me, as well as brown hair
