Should I make a thread to Make Fun of Retarded People?

I'm conflicted as to whether I should make fun of them or not.

Not because I necessarily feel bad for them, but rather just simply due to the fact that I'm not quite sure exactly how most people here would react to it.

I'm sure some would obviously find it humourous and laugh, but I think many others would actually take offence to it and claim that I'm "going too far" or something to that effect anyway.

I was going to title it something like:

[JFL] Retards

Then I'd post videos of retarded people to laugh at.
