I mean I have watched many videos on it and looked in to a lot of the procedures and how they compare..I don't know much about the differences between expanders. But from what I have learned they are almost all atlest in their purpose the same. And I also know s decent amount what bimax and segmental can do for nasal breathing for example. Should I ?

then how else do you get it the only way i can is if the dentist or doctors give a resume to an orthodontist or dentist then give me the expander it's so bs i would get it super easy if i could go directly to an ortho. dentists and doctors dont know shit about it aswell as you might know by watching videos of mse connected to sleep apnea and airway issues.

Yes I mean you can do it at a private clinic of some sort, but I know it can be hard to find depending on where you live. It's really as that orthodontics is so fucking retarded. They just want to ruin your face most of the time with cheat Ortho movements that is both bad for looks and health
