Calculate your Bigonial Width, if too large then botox, my BGW is too large so im botoxing soon.

Doesn't really matter which order, but might as well do Aqualyx then Botox

Do you typically know how much sessions I would need for submental region? My submental isn't that big but its big enough to mask my mandible (Whenever I slightly look to the side, my Mandible looks great, due to Submental Stretching).
I Would ask reddit or chatgpt but looking around, there's too much variation of answers. the closest answer I could find was 3 sessions

Show many units should i do possibly, I don’t wanna do that much as it does help my dimo
