should i medicate by myself with oral minoxidil 5mg + dutasteride?

Ive been thinking of directly buy dut + oral minoxidil 5mg and take it by myself without any doctor treatment, but im not sure. Do i gotta go to a dermatologist no matter what? Im kinda freaking out and i need response. I also wanna know if theres something i can do, routine, whatever so my hair wont fall out that easily. When i style my hair, hair mostly falls a little bit on the back (max 10 hairs) , in the front (maybe 1 or 2 hairs), but i can still see some receding hairline with baby hairs, im an alt guy so my hair its long and emo styled. I also dont use any products for my hair other than shampoo.

oral minox is a no brainer but systemic dht supression at 17 is not the best idea. look into topical dut instead

MPD runs in my family unfortunately so I am gonna hop on topical min soon. What is the distinction between oral and topical minoxodil?

occasionally some just do not respond to topical whether it be penetration issues or something. oral bypasses this, and although it isnt shown to be significantly more effective (they are about equal) ive anecdotally found it more reliable and there is also the benefit of it being oral, so much easier and less hassle.

there are minor sides, people here worry about bloat but its cope tbh. i did find some headache issues when running 5mg oral minox and 10mg cialis daily since they are both vasodilators but i halved the cialis dose and it was fine afterwards

I have long hair and it is imperative I keep it, so I will definitely be taking some form of minoxidil and possibly some topical anti-androgens like you mentioned. I have noticed some recession, but nothing too serious. I guess I am just scared of buying shit like this because it is really sketchy, I wish I could just have it prescribed to me.
