Baclofen 30mg
Tapentadol 100mg or Tramadol 150mg
Wellbutrin 300mg
Pramipexole 0.5mg (just found this they say it's good)
(Lasix 40mg)

If you’re just trying to get through the day then maybe either the Xanax or kratom (not both) but you sound like you’re just trying to get as fucked up as possible, and you don’t know what you’re doing, that’s how you OD. I say kratom because you can wane yourself off of harder downers with it but if you’re ODing multiple times then honestly it might be time for some kind of program.
