should i mix up my stim?

have a doctors appointment tmr and i need a stim for uni.

i’ve tried vyvanse and adderall. has anyone tried ritalin ? how does it compare to either or should i just stick with vyvanse

You should use short-acting amphetamines so to be able to associate the administration of the pill/studying with the dopaminergic signalling.
Also, Vyvanse is going to cause receptor desensitisation to a greater extent than a short-acting amphetamine. You aren't studying all day anyway.
If adderall makes you too jittery, try just straight dexamphetamine.

not sure if i have an option for straight dex, ill ask. but my thoughts were the same as u. vyvanse also seemed to cuck my sleep. if i can’t get the dex i’ll go addy

Adderall is comparable, just 25% pure amphetamine (75% dexamphetamine) which will increase norepinephrine relatively more than dexamphetamine does.

Do American doctors hand them just like that ?

In the UK it’s impossible to get them even from a doctor. They don’t want to prescribe them anymore
